How does a Genius Referrals free trial work?
The free trial provides you with a full version of the plan you choose for thirty days. Please note that the number of advocates, programs, campaigns, language, and currency varies according to your plan.

What happens after my free trial?
After your 30-day trial, our app will generate your first invoice and your payment method on file will be charged automatically with the total amount indicated in your invoice. If you have bought additional features during your free trial, the cost of these features will be added to your invoice.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
Yes, your credit card is required. However, you will not be charged for the duration of your free trial. Once your 30-day free trial is over, your credit card will be charged automatically. If you cancel before the end of your free trial, there will be no charge to your account.
Do I get support at any time? What is your response time?
Genius Referrals provides support during weekdays and provides support in 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.The response time depending on what kind of plan you are in (Starter, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Is Genius Referrals white-label?
Yes, we have a white-label solution available in our Gold Plan, which seamlessly integrates our technology on your website. Our white label solution can be customized to fit your brand while also allowing you to benefit from our many years of experience and optimization in referral programs.

Can I change or cancel my subscription plan later?
Sure! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade, you will be billed at a prorated amount for the difference in cost for the remainder of your then-current term. Please note that while you may downgrade or cancel your account at any time, no refunds will be issued for amounts you pre-pay, and changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What happens when I go over my advocate limit?
If you exceed your advocate limit, we will automatically upgrade you to the next plan at a prorated cost. You will receive email notifications when you reach 80%, 90%, and 100% of your advocate limit to ensure you are aware of the approaching upgrade.






What is an add-on, and how can I incorporate one into my plan?
An add-on is an optional tool you can purchase to enhance and customize your referral program beyond the features included in your plan. They're available for an additional monthly cost and can help you supercharge your program. All Genius Referrals plans allow for the purchase of additional features.
During your free trial, you can also purchase add-ons to try out. The cost of these features will be added to your invoice and charged to your account after the 30-day trial period.

Can I buy additional features (add-ons)?
Yes, our plans are customizable. You can buy extra features as you need them. For example, if you are enrolled in our Starter Plan and want to add a member's approval process, you can buy our "Member's Approval Process" feature without changing your current plan. Various additional features are available to enhance the product and cost extra money.
What's included with my Genius Referrals plan?
Genius Referrals offers four standard plans to choose from Starter, Silver, Gold, and Platinum plan. Please visit our Plans & Pricing webpage to learn more about what features are included in each plan.
Are gift cards and PayPal included in my plan?
Rewards such as gift cards, PayPal, Automated Payout Fulfillment are included with our Gold and Platinum plans. Our Starter customers can buy this feature as an add-on for $45/month.

Do I get charged for an add-on in my free trial?
Some add-ons may require payment during the free trial period, so it's important to check the details of each add-on before adding it to your plan.

Advocates are individuals who participate in your referral program, including customers, affiliates, influencers, and other partners. What is a Referral?

A referral is a prospective customer who has been recommended to your business by a satisfied existing customer. Referrals typically have a higher chance of converting into paying customers and are more likely to remain loyal to your brand.

What is a Lead?

A Lead is a member that has not been referred by an advocate. It has found your referrals landing page organically, and it is interested in your business, which highlights them as potential customers.

What is the difference between an Advocate and a Referral?

An Advocate is usually an existing customer, influencer, affiliate, partner, and/or employee that knows your business. A Referral is a friend or family referred to your company by an advocate.

Your Advocate Limit is the number of Advocates your account can have registered across all programs. Each plan has a different limit.

Managing Campaigns
How many campaigns can I run at one time?
You can run multiple campaigns at one time. However, the number of campaigns is limited and depends on what plan you are enrolled in. To check the campaign limit please visit our Plans & Pricing page.
What type of rewards campaigns can I set up for my referral program?
Genius Referral Platform offers a wealth of customization options for enticing and rewarding your customers with your campaign such as. Single and Double-sided Rewards, Fixed and Percentage Rewards, Multi-tiered Campaigns, and Multi-level Campaigns.
