How do I reset my password?
If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.
1- Visit the Log In link in the upper right-hand corner of any Genius page.
2- Click Forgot your password? At the bottom of the login box.
3- Enter your email address and click the Password Reset button.
If the email address you entered is associated with a Genius account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
