Set Up Your Referral Program in 5 Simple Steps
Quickly create your account and start your referral program in 5 simple steps. Once you're set-up, customize and design the program to match your brand’s unique style.
Step 1: Create Your Account
To get started, select either the Free Trial or Create an Account option. This will open the registration form, where you must enter the required details. Once you’ve completed the form, click the 'SIGN UP' button to proceed and start setting up your referral program.
Step 2: Choose a Platform
To begin, select the platform you're using from the provided list. If your platform is not listed, choose the Custom option. You must enter your company’s URL and the subdomain we’ll use to set up your referral program.
Step 3: Set Up Rewards & Payments
Once your basic details are entered, you’ll configure your reward structure:
- Define your rewards: Choose who you want to reward (e.g., advocates and referrals) and set the incentives they’ll receive. You’ll decide how much your advocates and referrals will earn based on their actions (e.g., successful referrals or purchases).
- Payment settings: Select the payment methods you want to offer your advocates. You can activate multiple payment options, which you can modify or configure later.
Step 4: Choose a Template
Now it’s time to select the referral program templates that will define your advocates’ and referrals’ experiences:
- Advocate Template: Your advocates will use this template to refer, earn, and get paid.
- Referral Template: This template is for the referrals (new customers) who will land on this page to learn about your services and convert them into paying customers.
Step 5: Select a Plan
Choose the plan that works best for you. Our plans are flexible and can be changed at any time:
- Monthly or Annual: Pay every month or save 20% when you commit to a full-year membership. You can switch plans later as needed.
- Payment Details: You’ll enjoy a 30-day free trial when you sign up. A credit card is required to complete your enrollment, but rest assured, you won’t be charged until your free trial ends. This ensures you have uninterrupted access to your membership once the trial expires.
Creating Your Referral Program
Once you've completed the steps, your referral program will be ready shortly. We’ll automatically create:
- Your profile
- The reward campaign
- A shared messaging package for your advocates to use
- The selected templates, which you can further customize to suit your brand and goals
