How can I manually update the status of a Bonus?

By default, Genius Referrals processes all bonuses automatically. However, if you wish to approve or deny bonuses manually, you must activate the "Bonus Approval Process" in your Preferences. It's important to note that Bonus Approval is a feature exclusive to certain Genius Referrals plans. You can learn more about our plans and pricing by visiting our website.

To manually update a Bonus status, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Bonuses page.
  3. To locate a specific bonus, apply any of the available filters, such as name/email, reference, campaign, tag, amount, and referral payment.
  4. Once you've identified the bonus you wish to update, click on the three dots found under the Action Column and select either Move to Approved or Move to Denied.
