How to Add Custom Fields to Forms

  1. Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. From the Website Builder page, on the Current Page dropdown menu, select the Form you wish to add custom fields,
  3. Once you have selected the Form, click on the 'Pencil' icon to edit the Form.
  4. From this page, select a Field Type option on the dropdown menu and start configuring your custom field settings.
  5. Once finished, click the Add Field to the Form button and then Save and Close button to save the changes.
  6. If the page is ready to be viewed publicly, click the Publish button to make your changes live.
