How do I Manually Pay my Invoice?

If automatic payment fails, follow these steps to manually pay your invoice by updating your payment method.

Payments are typically processed automatically using the card stored in your account. However, if your card has expired or we can’t process the payment for any other reason, you may need to add a new card and make the payment manually.

  1. Go to the Billing section of your account.
  2. Under Payment Information, click the "Change" link to add your new card details.
  3. Enter the new payment details and complete the payment.

Note: You cannot delete the default card, but you can update it by clicking "Change" to enter your new payment information.
