Where can I view the results of Referral Capture form submissions?
The Referral Capture page form submissions results are directed to the member's page. They are categorized as either referrals or leads based on how the visitors arrived at the page:
- If the visitor clicks on a specific referral link, they will be recorded as a referral.
- If the visitor found the Referral Capture page organically (e.g., through a search engine or direct visit), they will be recorded as a lead.
