How to edit a default email message for your advocates to send out?

To edit the HTML version of the email your advocates share with their friends and family, follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. In the navigation menu on the left side, click the Share Messaging page under Program Settings.
  3. If you have more than one share messaging package, select the share messaging package you want to customize, click on the three dots (...) under the actions column, and click Edit.
  4. On the Share Messaging page, click the Edit action on the Email widget to customize the default message.
  5. Once customized, click on the Save button.
