What are the limitations during the 30-day free trial?

The 30-day free trial is designed to let you explore the Genius Referrals platform and its features. However, certain limitations are in place to help us manage resources for trial users. Here’s what you should know:

1. Email Limits
  • The free trial includes a limited number of emails that can be sent.
  • Once you reach this limit, you won’t be able to send additional emails until you upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Payouts and Reward Payments
  • Payouts for advocates are restricted or unavailable during the free trial.
  • While you can explore and set up the reward structure, you must upgrade to a paid plan to activate and fully manage payouts.
3. Full Access to Features
  • Some advanced features and functionalities are only available with a paid subscription.
If you want to unlock full access to all features or need more flexibility, we recommend upgrading to one of our paid plans after the trial period.
