How to Turn a Referral Into an Advocate?

To manually turn a Referral into an Advocate, click on the Referrals page on the left navigation menu, search for the Referral you want to turn into an advocate, click on the 3 dots (...) under the actions column, and click View. On the referral details page, in the upper right corner, click on the 3 dots and then click turn into an advocate.
