How do I pause my account/subscription?

To pause your Genius Referrals account:


  1. Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. Click on your (profile picture) in the upper right corner and choose Manage Plan from the menu.
  3. Under Manage Plan, scroll down, then click the Pause Account button.
  4. And follow the instructions.

Note: Instead of canceling your account, you can now pause it. Pausing your account allows your account to stay active for a fee of $4,99 per month. To unpause your account, log in and follow the instructions.
