Annual Payout Limit

This functionality will help limit the Annual Payout for members of your referral program.

How do I enable the Annual Payout Limit?
Follow these instructions to enable the Annual Payout Limit on your account.

  1. Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. On the left side navigation menu, click on the Preferences page under Program Settings.
  3. Next, click Annual Payout Limit in the Preferences list.
  4. Once on this page, use the toggle button to enable the Annual Payout Limit setting.
  5. By enabling this functionality you only need to specify the Maximum Payout that will be paid to members of your referral program.
What happens when a member earns more than the Maximum Payout limit?
When any of its members exceeds that established limit in earnings, simply all the remaining Redemption Requests requested by those members will be placed on this HOLD. At the same time, an email will be sent to the client notifying him of the status of that request and the reasons.
Where Do I Find the Report for the Annual Payout Limit-Report (1099)?
The Reports section gives you a quick, high-level overview of your account. With the Report (1099) you can analyze the behavior of members who have exceeded the Annual Payment Limit that has been established annually. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. In the navigation menu on the left side, click on Reports and select the 1099 Report, where you can see more details about the annual status for each of your members and each of the payment methods.
