Where do I Define the Minimum and Maximum Amount For The Issue Manual Bonus Feature?
To limit the amount of bonus to be given to an advocate using the Issue Manual Bonus, follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Genius Referrals account.
- In the navigation menu on the left side, click the Preferences link under Program Settings.
- Next, click on the Limit the value of the force bonus on the Preferences list.
- Once on this page, set a Minimum and Maximum value.
- After you've done it, click on the Save button, and the system will limit those values.
How do I Test this Feature?
Follow the steps below to ensure your Bonus Limits are working correctly.
- In the navigation menu on the left side, click the Advocate page.
- Next, from the advocate page under the Actions column, click on the 3 dots, then click on the Issue Manual Bonus to issue a manual bonus. Check out our support article: How to use the bonuses section.
