How Do I Get Notified of New Advocates And Referrals?

See the instructions below to set up email notifications that are triggered when a new advocate or referral is registered:

  1. Click on the Emails & Notifications located on the left-side navigation menu.
  2. Within this page, under Company Emails, toggle the Enable button to On for the New Advocate and New Referral notifications. The steps for Advocate and Referrals are the same.
  3. Click on the Edit icon to the right to customize the email you will receive. Enter the email addresses to which you would like to send these notifications in the To field.
  4. You can also send yourself an email test by scrolling down to the bottom page and clicking on Send Test Email button.
