How to Customize Your Email Templates
  1. Sign in to your Genius Referrals account.
  2. On the Email & Web Site Notifications section of the Program Editor, locate the toggle buttons next to each notification type, and click the pencil Edit button next to the email you want to modify. This will open a new window where you can choose the template option and tailor your message as needed.
  3. After customizing the email content, click the Save button to apply your changes.
Types of Email templates
  1. Personal Template
The Personal Template is ideal for adding a conversational, customized tone that feels engaging and relatable to your advocates.
  • Customization Options: You can adapt the message content to reflect your brand’s voice, creating a stronger connection with your audience.
  • Access: Go to Emails & Notifications in the left-hand menu in your Genius Referrals dashboard. If you manage multiple programs, confirm that you’re in the correct program before making edits.

2. Company Template
This template offers a professional design that includes your logo, aligned left at the top of the message, and your company’s address in the footer—adding credibility and visibility to each communication.
  • Ideal For: Formal, branded communication where brand presence and trustworthiness are key.
