Personalized email templates can enhance your referral program by creating a more engaging and branded experience for your advocates. Genius Referrals provides two customizable template options—Personal and Company—allowing you to tailor communications to align with your brand’s style and tone.

How to Customize Your Email Templates
  1. Sign in to your Genius Referrals account using your credentials.
  2. On the left navigation menu, go to Program Setup and click on Email & Website Notifications.
  3. On the Email page, locate the toggle buttons next to each email type. Turn the toggles on or off to enable or disable specific email messages.
  4. To customize an email, click the pencil (Edit) icon next to the email you want to modify.
  5. Select your preferred template (Personal or Company), make your changes, and click Save to apply the updates.
Types of Email templates
  1. Personal Template
  • Purpose: Ideal for creating a conversational, relatable tone that resonates with advocates.
  • Customization Options: Adapt the message content to reflect your brand’s voice, fostering a stronger connection with your audience.

2- Company Template
  • Purpose: Designed for professional, branded communication with your logo at the top and your company’s address in the footer.
  • Ideal For: Formal communications where brand credibility and visibility are essential.
